Building a Capable Nation,
One Citizen at a Time.

We are not just a political group; we are a people's movement. We exist to awaken the promise of Nigeria by building the capacity of every citizen to lead, serve, and succeed.

🔥 Our Stance. Our Leadership. Our Voice.

🛡️ Defending Democracy.
Demanding Transparency.

Under the bold and principled leadership of our national President, Hon. Shehu Sani Sado, the Capacity Movement (CMP) stands firmly and unapologetically for people-driven democracy, internal party democracy, transparency, and fairness.

We reject political imposition and every attempt to silence the voice of the people. Leadership must emerge through the free will, participation, and confidence of the people—not through imposition.

In May 2026, the Capacity Movement made its position unmistakably clear by calling for direct, transparent, credible, and democratic primaries. Our voice was heard beyond Kaduna, reflecting a growing demand for a political system where the people—not a few individuals—decide their leaders.

Our movement draws strength and direction from our Chairman, Board of Trustees (CMP), Ambassador Yerima Usman Shettima, President of the Arewa Consultative Youth Movement (ACYM)—a leader whose commitment to youth participation, democratic values, and people-centred leadership continues to inspire us.

✊ Our Principle is Simple:

  • • No imposition.
  • • No manipulation.
  • • No politics of exclusion.
  • • The people must decide.

"We believe politics is not the private property of individuals. Politics belongs to the people."

🔥 Capacity Movement — The People’s Voice, The People’s Power, The People’s Mandate.
Democracy. Transparency. Participation. Accountability.
